Where I've Fished in Louisiana
Louisiana's marsh is redfish country. I've fished for redfish out of both Venice and Chalmette, where miles of marsh, bayous and ponds hold big numbers of reds, and some real giants.
Venice, near the mouth of the Mississippi River, is also one of the best places in the country to run offshore for yellowfin tuna, and I've made that run too.
